  • Normal wear

Warranty Period: 1 Years

Covered:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Weld failures
  • Mounting hardware defects
Not Covered:
  • Cosmetic scratches
  • Damage from collisions
  • Corrosion caused by improper maintenance or harsh chemicals
  • Improper installation

Truck Caps

Warranty Period: 3 Years

Covered:
  • Aluminum frame defects
  • Structural panel defects
  • Hinges, locks, and gas struts
Not Covered:
  • Broken glass caused by external impact
  • Cosmetic scratches or dents
  • Improper installation
  • Damage caused by accidents, overloading, or misuse

Fender Flares

Warranty Period: 2 Years

Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in the flare panels
  • Material defects, including premature cracking under normal use
  • Defective mounting hardware or installation components

Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or incorrect assembly
  • Scratches, chips, fading, or other cosmetic wear from normal use
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, overloading, or unauthorized modifications

General Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Abuse, negligence, misuse, or accidents
  • Off-road racing or commercial abuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by fire, flooding, hail, storms, or other natural disasters
  • Labor charges for removal or reinstallation

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To process your warranty claim quickly, please provide:
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Vehicle Year, Make & Model
  • Product model (if available)

Our support team will review your claim and typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Warranty Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, Tonno Monster may, at its sole discretion:
  • Repair the defective product;
  • Replace the defective part;
  • Replace the complete product; or
  • Provide an equivalent product if the original model is discontinued.

Limitation of Liability

Tonno Monster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of use, lost income, towing costs, installation or removal labor, or any other related expenses.
Some provinces or territories do not allow limitations on certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
